How To Loose Weight Drinking Water
“a transparent fluid which forms the world’s streams, lakes, oceans and rain, and is the major constituent of the fluids of living things”.
Water covers more than 70% of the Earth’s surface, is a liquid at standard temperature and pressure and is essential for all human, animal and plant life! The human body contains from 55% to 78% water, depending on body size.
To function properly, the body requires between one and seven liters of water per day to avoid dehydration; the precise amount depends on the level of activity, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Most of this we acquire through foods or beverages other than drinking straight water.
Most specialists agree that approximately 2 liters (6 to 7 glasses) of water daily is the minimum to maintain proper hydration. You can actually survive without food for months, but without water you’d die after a few days, so needless to say, water is absolutely essential to life. Every day you lose water from your body through urine and sweat, and this needs to be replenished..
Toxins in water
The debate over the dangers of fluoride has been ongoing for more than sixty years, despite the fact that multiple studies have confirmed that fluoride is a dangerous, toxic poison that bio-accumulates in your body while being ineffective at preventing dental decay.
When you consider the fact that there are many human studies linking moderate fluoride exposures with reduced intelligence and at least 12 human studies linking fluoride with neuro-behavioral deficits the idea of continuing to fluoridate drinking water is just a bad idea.
The Scientific World Journal published an article review by Dr. Stephen Peckham and Dr. Niyi Awofeso titled, “Water Fluoridation: A Critical Review of the Physiological Effects of Ingested Fluoride as a Public Health Intervention.”
As part of efforts to reduce hazardous fluoride ingestion, the practice of artificial water fluoridation should be reconsidered globally, while industrial safety measures need to be tightened in order to reduce unethical discharge of fluoride compounds into the environment-
Coordinated global efforts to reduce adverse human health effects on fluoride need to start with ensuring that its introduction into water supplies is prohibited.”
With that said, the only intelligent solution is to stop water fluoridation in the first place. Clean pure water is a prerequisite to optimal health. Industrial chemicals, drugs, and other toxic additives really have no place in our water supplies and should never be consumed.
Water And Weight Loss
Study after study has found that obese persons who drank two cups of water before each meal lost at least 5 pounds more after three months. Reviewing a year later, they also kept more of the weight off.
There is further research showing water consumption might spark the body to produce more heat, boosting metabolism and burning more calories or might simply make people less likely to drink a lot of high-calorie sugar-filled beverages as well as flushing toxins out of your system.”
As mentioned earlier this is actually a solid strategy you can use even before you eat a meal. Water isn’t just “good for you” — water burns fat and suppresses hunger. Water renews your skin. Just drinking 12 ounces of pure water every day can take a few years off your face in a matter of weeks.
You’ll also drop fat, have more energy, and save your kidneys and liver from chronic overwork.
Even beyond weight loss, chronic dehydration from not drinking enough water has been linked to an incredible number of conditions from asthma and depression to hypertension, multiple sclerosis and chronic fatigue syndrome.
How Much Water Should I drink?
Pure natural untouched raw spring water is the answer!
Once you’ve switched to pure spring water, your next question may be how much water is necessary for optimal body function?
If you are healthy, then drinking whenever you feel thirsty should be an adequate guide of how much water you need, however sometimes this is not always the best gauge, as in modern times our bodies have been de-sensitized and are not as “in tune” as in days gone buy.
However I encourage you to use this simple trick to gauge whether your water intake is sufficient: Make sure you drink enough pure clean spring water to turn your urine a light color of yellow. Dark yellow urine is a sign that you need to drink more water.
In conclusion; water is an extraordinary gift of life. Drinking enough water each day along with high intensity interval training and intermittent fasting will most definitely help you to reach and maintain your ideal weight which will also increase your quality of life!
